Hey there! My name is Sasha. I do the writing, photography, food styling, dirty dishes, and recipe testing here at Eat First Worry Later. Strangely enough, I never set out to food blog or take pretty pictures (check out my portfolio). My background is in communication design and marketing, and it’s been quite and adventure translating that to engaging content creation.

Owen is the Chief Technology Officer and most importantly, Chief Taste Tester. When you see pretty hands, they’re most likely his! Owen is not a picky eater, but he is a critical one, so we strive to only put up our very best recipes for you and yours.
